Obaid Ansari

Obaid serves as Public Relations Officer at Stefani Legal Consultants where he plays a vital role in managing government-related processes and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. With a strong background in UAE administrative procedures and public sector coordination, Obaid is a trusted professional in the field of corporate and legal government relations.

At Stefani Legal Consultants, Obaid oversees a wide range of responsibilities including visa applications, labor permits, Emirates ID processing, labor contracts, and trade license renewals. He liaises regularly with UAE government entities such as MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA, and DED, ensuring smooth and compliant operations for both internal and client-facing matters. He also handles tenancy contract management, document attestation, and company record maintenance, and represents the firm in official government meetings when required.

Before joining Stefani Legal Consultants, Obaid held a similar role at a quasi-governmental Centre, where he developed his hands-on expertise in administrative law, employee onboarding and exit processes, and corporate-government correspondence.

In parallel with his professional career, Obaid is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at London American City College, UAE, further strengthening his understanding of strategic business operations and organizational management.

He is fluent in English, Arabic, and Urdu, allowing him to communicate effectively across diverse teams and client bases within the UAE’s multicultural environment.
