Stephanie Hadjitheodosiou

Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Kent, UK, in 2018, and went on to complete a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law with International Political Economy at the Brussels School of International Studies in 2019. Her studies focused on European Law, Corporate Governance, and International Trade and Investment Law.

During her time in Brussels, Stephanie worked as an Accredited Parliamentary Assistant at the European Parliament, gaining hands-on experience in policymaking and regulatory processes. Concurrently, she earned an International Certificate in Regulatory Compliance from the International Compliance Association, enhancing her expertise in governance and compliance.

In 2020, Stephanie completed her legal training and began her professional practice. She specializes in corporate and commercial law, financial services, and regulatory compliance. Her work primarily involves providing expert guidance on immigration and employment law matters, such as visa applications, permanent residency, employment contracts, workplace policies, and cross-border compliance.
 

Stephanie has also expanded her practice in advising clients on matters related to the United Arab Emirates, including interactions with relevant authorities. Her experience encompasses UAE regulatory frameworks, company establishment requirements, licensing processes, and associated compliance issues. While practicing at Playbell & Co. in Cyprus, she also serves as an associate at Stefani Legal Consultants in the UAE.

A member of the Cyprus Bar Association since January 2022, Stefanie is fluent in English, Greek, and Arabic.
